Pokhara Finance allots the auction shares; Refund from tomorrow

The BoD meeting of Pokhara Finance held on 10th Baisakh has allotted 99,129.47 units of ordinary and 80,348.27 units of promoter shares to the auction allotees. The non-allotees will be refunded from 12th Baisakh, 2075. 

Pokhara finance auction was open from 18th to 25th Chaitra, 2074. The bid opening for the auction was done on 6th baisakh. 

Pokhara Finance had floated 9,83,682.74 unit right shares at a ratio 10:1.5 from 30th Poush. The right issue closed on 6th Falgun, 2074, where approx. 1.80 lakh (18.37%) shares were unsubscribed. Those shares were then auctioned among general public. However, only existing promoters were eligible to bid for promoter shares.
