Asian Life Insurance has allotted the auction share; refund from Jestha 29

Asian life insurance has informed the non- allotted investors about the refund of the amount, which will be directly transferred to their respective bank account as mention in the form another will be provided A/C payee cheque. The refund will start from Jestha 29, 2075. 

Asian Life Insurance had auctioned 98,246 units unsold right shares of ordinary type from Jestha 10 to Jestha 17 2075 . 

NMB capital was appointed the issue manager for this purpose.

After the capitalization of 50% right shares, Asian life Insurance will have a paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.20 arba. The Life Insurance company needs to raise its paid-up capital to Rs 2 arba, as per the Insurance board directive
