Bank of Kathmandu calls 23rd AGM on 28th Ashad ; Bookclose for 13.25% dividend on 8th Ashad

The 75th Board meeting of the company held on 25th Jestha has decided to conduct the company's 23rd AGM on following date :

Date   : 28th Ashad, 2075 (12th July, 2018)

Time   : 10 am 

Venue : Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu 

The board meeting has also decided to close the shareholders book on 8th Ashad, 2075. Only the shareholders having their names in the book will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividend.

Main Agenda :

• Endorse 13.25% stock dividend. 
• Election of BoD.
• Amendment in MOA and AOA.
