Century Bank announces 5% bonus and 5% cash dividend.

The BOD meeting held on Magh 18, 2074 has proposed  5% bonus share and 5% cash dividend to its shareholders.  The decision is subject to approval from central bank and company's upcoming AGM. 

Century Commercial Bank Ltd.(CCBL) currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 7.68 arba. The paid-up capital will hike to Rs 8.064 arba after the capitalization of bonus.
