Century Commercial Bank announces book closure for AGM; to sanction 5% bonus share and 5% cash

Youngest Commercial Bank, Century Commercial Bank has announced bookclosure for its 7th AGM. The shareholders book will remained closed from 11th Falgun, 2074. 

The shareholders owning the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible to attend AGM and grab the propsed dividend. CCBL has already announced 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend from the net profit of 2073/74.  

Century Commercial Bank will meet the paid-up capital requirement of 8 arba after the distribution of proposed bonus shares.CCBL had earned a net profit of Rs 32.51 crores as of 2nd quarter of this FY ,showing a growth of 45%

CCBL was last traded for Rs 199 in the stock exchange.
