Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank to conduct AGM on 21st Baisakh ; Checkout the Book close for 9% cash dividend

Mahalaxmi bikas bank has announced to conduct its 16th AGM on 21 st Baisakh, 2075. The meeting will be held at 10 AM in All in One Mart, Crown Banquet, Min Bhawan, Kathmandu. 

The meeting will endorse 9% cash dividend worth Rs 23.70 crores along with the financial highlights for the fy 2073/74. Appointment of auditor, election of board members and increasing the allowance of Board members are some of the main agendas of the meeting. 

The meeting will also sanction a special agenda of giving the BoD members a responsibilty of making any decision regarding mergers and acquisitions. 

The shareholders' book, for the stated purpose, will remain closed from 7th Baisakh, 2075. Any shareholders wanting to attend the meeting or grab the dividend will have to purchase the share before the books get closed and hold it untill then.
