Mega Bank Nepal Ltd. announces 9.45% bonus shares

The BOD meeting held on Poush 25, 2074 has proposed  9.45% bonus share to its shareholders. The company will distribute a bonus share worth Rs 69.71 crores out of the profit generated in the year 2073/74. The decision is subject to approval from central bank and company's upcoming AGM. 

Mega Bank Nepal Ltd currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 7.38 arba. The paid-up capital will hike to Rs 8.07 arba after the capitalization of bonus shares.

The company has not been traded on the secondary market for a year.
