Mirmire Microfinance issuing 100% right shares from today ; Check Eligibilty here

Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited (MMFDB) is issuing right offers in the proportion 1:1 for its investors from Ashadh 27, 2075 i.e. today. The right issue will last till Shrawan 29, 2075. 

The microfinance organization is issuing 4,50,000 unit right offers at a face value of Rs 100. 

The book closure date for the right offer issuance had been done on Jestha 18 i.e. the investors holding the shares of MMFDB till Jestha 18 are qualified to apply for the correct offers. 

NIBL Ace Capital has been delegated as the issue manager for the right issue. 

The paid-up capital of the microfinance organization will achieve Rs 10.38 crore after the capitalization of 100% right offers and recently distributed 30.80% bonus share. 

ICRA Nepal has doled out Grade 4 rating to the right issue of (MMFDB) which demonstrates beneath normal essentials.

It had presented net profit of Rs 5.99 crore in the 3rd quarter of the current financial year. LTP remain at Rs 1560.
