Nepal Bangladesh Bank proposes 10.53% cash dividend for the shareholders; LTP Rs 197

The 332nd Bod of Nepal Bangladesh Bank held on 13th Mangshir, 2075 has proposed to distribute 10.53% cash dividend for the shareholders. The dividend is out of the profit from the year 2074/75. The dividend is however subject to approval from the central bank and the company's AGM. 

NBB had earned a net profit of Rs 30.19 crores as of 1st quarter of this fy. reporting an eps of Rs 14.94.

NBB was last traded for Rs 197 in the stock exchange.
