Nepal Bank Notifies to Issue FPO

The board meeting of Nepal Bank Limited held on Magh 23, 2074 has proposed to issue FPO at a premium. The company will issue 1.768 crore unit shares to the public. The FPO will be subject to approval from upcoming AGM.

The existing paid-up capital of Nepal Bank Ltd. amount to 8.04 arba.

The company has earned the net profit of 1.63 arba in  2nd quarter of FY 2074/75. EPS stood at Rs 40.74.
