Om Development Bank announces 17.69% bonus

The board meeting held on poush 16 has notify 17.69% bonus to its shareholders . The decision will be implemented on getting approval from central bank and upcoming AGM.

Om Development Bank limited (ODBL)  has current paid-up capital of Rs 2.13 arba, after 17.69% bonus it will rise to 2.51 arba.

The company has posted net profit of Rs 3.74 crore in first quarter.
