Prabhu Insurance to commence its 46% right share from today

Prabhu Insurance to issue 46% right share from today i.e Ashard 8.

 The company will float the shares till Shrawan 10, 2075. For this purpose, PRIN had announced 14th Jestha as a book closing date.

The non-life insurance company will issue 31,66,677.63 unit shares at a face value of Rs 100. 

 PRIN has already appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager. 

The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1 arba after the capitalization of 46% right shares
