Prabhu Insurance to issue 46% right shares; commence from Ashard 8

Prabhu Insurance will commence it's 1:0.46 right shares from Ashard 8, 2075. The company will float the shares till Shrawan 10, 2075. For this purpose, PRIN had announced 14th Jestha as a book closing date.

The non-life insurance company will issue 31,66,677.63 unit shares at a face value of Rs 100. 

 PRIN has already appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager. 

The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1 arba after the capitalization of 46% right shares
