Shangri-la Development Bank proposes 11.80% dividend ; includes 2.5% bonus and 9.30% cash dividend

The 203rd BoD meeting of the company held on 10th Baisakh has proposed 2.5% bonus share and 9.5% cash dividend for the shareholders of the company. The shareholders as well as the 80% right shares will be eligible for the dividend. The decision is however subjected to approval from Central bank any company's AGM. 

The bank will issue bonus share worth Rs 6.11 crores along with cash worth Rs 22.74 crores. The company's capital will meet the 2.50 arba requirement for national level development bank.
