1.80 lakh unit IPO of Nepal Seva Laghubitta to commence from 12th Baisakh
Nepal Seva Laghubitta has published an offer letter today stating the issue date for the companys' first public issue. The comapany will issue 1.8 lakh units from baisakh12th to Baisakh 16th, 2075.
Out of the issued units, company has allocated 3,600 units (2% of the total issue) for the employees whereas 9000 units (ie. 5% of the issued units) has been set aside for mutual funds. Thus, 1,67,400 units will be issued to general public.
Applicants can apply for a minimum of 50 units , whereas a highest of 900 units will be accepted.
NMB Capital has already been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
Nepal Seva Laghubitta currently has a paid up capitl of Rs 4.20 crores. The capital will rise to Rs 6 crores after the public issue. The microfinance had earned a meager net profit of Rs 13.99 thousand as of 2nd quater of this fy. It has a reserve of Rs 11.08 lakhs. The promoter public ratio will stand at 70:30 after the public issue.
