2 lakh unit promoter shares of Neco Insurance to come for auction again ; Minimum bid price Rs 242

Kosh Byabasthapan Company has published a notice regarding the auction for promoter shares of Neco Insurance Company. The auction will open from 5th Ashad to 11th Ashad, 2075. 

Interested applicants can bid for minimum 5000 units at a price Rs 242 or above. The payment procedure as prescribed in the form must be followed. 

Siddhartha Capital will be managing the auction. 

The company had previously auctioned the same shares to the existing promoters, due to the insufficient application the shares are now to be re-auctioned among general public. However, all the documents required for promoter shares must be attached.
