6.52 lakh unit auction of Green Development Bank commencing from today ; LTP Rs 153

6,52,297 unit auction of Green Development Bank is commencing from today. The auction is scheduled to close on 17th Jestha, 2075. 

The auction includes 3,37,500 unit promoters shares and 3,13,713 unit ordinary shares. However, only existing promoters can apply for promoter type shares. 

Laxmi Capital will be managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms can be submitted in Laxmi Capital, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Or in the designated branches of Laxmi Bank and Green Development Bank

The company had floated massive 400% right shares and alloted it on 22nd Chaitra, 2074. The unsold right shares at that time are now being auctioned. 

Green Development Bank has a paid up capital of Rs 10 crores, which will hike to Rs 50 crores after the capitalization of 400% right issue. The development bank will then meet the directive for paid-up capital. Green Development Bank had an EPS of Rs 0.83 as of 3rd quarter 2074/75.
