Aarambha Microfinance to float 2.94 lakh units in general public; Issue to commence from Falgun 15
Sindhupalchowk based D-class company, Aarambha microfinance is about to float its IPO worth Rs 2.94 crores among the general public. The company will float 2.94 lakh units shares at a face value of Rs 100 from 15 th Falgun,2074 to 21st Falgun 2074. The date can extend upto Falgun 29 in case of undersubscription.
Setting aside 3% and 5% shares for its employees and existing mutual fund respectively, the company will float 2,70,480 units to the public. Interested investors can apply a minimum of 50 units and maximum of 1000 units.
Interested applicants can collect ASBA forms from all ASBA-approved banks around Nepal as Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has made ASBA application mandatory from Shrawan 2074.
As per the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) guideline, interested investors must apply share using C-ASBA from any banks providing ASBA facilities.

NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
The microfinance has an authorized capital of Rs 12 crore. The paid-up capital will reach Rs 5.918 crore after the upcoming issue. The company had a networth of Rs 81.30 on 2073/74.
Incorporated on 26th Chaitra 2070 as a public limited company, this microfinance company has been operating from 15 districts.
