IPO Allotment of Sanjen and Rasuwagadhi today !!!

As per the officials, The allottment of Rasuwagadhi and Sanjen Hydropower is set to take place today. 

The first phase IPO of both the company commenced on 11th and ended on 30th Falgun. Whereas the issue of second phase started from 5th Chaitra and closed on 13th Chaitra. The company issued shares to employees of Employee Provident Fund (EPF) in the first phase, whereas employees of Promoter Institutions were issued shares in the second phase. 

Siddhartha Capital was the issue manager for the public issue of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower. Sunrise Capital, Global IME Capital, NMB Capital, Civil Capital and Prabhu Capital were the co-issue manager for the issue. Citizen Investment Trust was the issue manager for the public issue of Sanjen Hydropower.
