Butwal Power Company FPO allotment today !!!

The FPO allotment of Butwal Power Company  will be done today. All the valid applicants are expected to be alloted share.

BPCL had issued 40,81,000 units at Rs 501. The stock has been trading at a price lower then the FPO price, in the local bourse. The company started the issue on 15th Magh. However, the closing day was extended due to lack of sufficient applications. Later, Institutions were also allowed to apply for the shares. One Could apply a minimum of 10 units , whereas a applying for unit as high as 20,400 was accepted. 

NMB Capital was the issue manager for the issue.
