CBIL Capital to float 3 lakh unit IPO ; added in Sebon Pipeline
CBIL Capital has reached sebon to get an approval for 3 lakh unit IPO. The company will float the stated amount of shares to the general public.
The company's last AGM had approved the agenda. With this, the capital will become the first in Nepalese history to float an IPO. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has already been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
The current paid-up of CBIL capital is Rs 17 crore which will hike to Rs 20 crores after the public issue. The capital had issued 5% cash dividend to its shareholders last year.
