Central Finance to re-auction 9.81 lakh promoter shares ; General public can also apply
Central finance is all set to auction the unsold right shares to general public.
As per the report published, the company will auction 9,81,708.725 unit Promoter. The auction will commence from 14th Jestha and end on 21st Jestha, 2075.
Central finance had previously auctioned both promoter and ordinary type shares, but no application was received for promoter shares. Thus, the company will undergo an auction again.
Central finance had issued 50% right shares from 23rd Poush to 13th Falgun, 2074. The unclaimed shares are now to be auctioned. However, only existing promoters can apply for promoter shares.The minimum bid price has to be Rs 100 and minimum quantity needs to be 1000.
NIBL Capital will manage the auction
The forms can be collected from NIBL ACE Capital, Lazimpat and its branches , Head office of central finance and four branches of Nepal Investment Bank namely : Surkhet , Nepalgunj, Narayanghat and Dhangadi.
Central finance is a merged entity formed after the merger of Bhaktapur finance and Central finance at a swap ratio of 1:1. The company will meet the central bank's capital requirement after the capitalization of right and bonus. The company had recently announced 8.5% bonus for shareholders.
