Civil bank Auction : Bid opening today !!!

The bid opening program of civil bank is scheduled to be conducted today. The auction applications will be opened in Hira Palace Banquet, New Baneshwor at 9:30 am. 

As per the source, above 3000 applications were received for ordinary shares. However, only few applied for promoter shares. 

The massive auction of Civil Bank started from 23rd Falgun and ended on 1st chatra 2074. Any general public could bid for ordinary shares. However, Only existing promoters were eligible to bid for promoter shares. 

The company had announced to auction 42.38 lakh units of unclaimed right shares. This included 9.94 lakh units ordinary and 32.44 lakh units promoter shares. 

Laxmi Capital Market is managing the issue.Interested applicants could bid 100 or more unit of shares at a price Rs 100 or above. Applicants bidding the highest price will be allotted with shares. 

Civil Bank was last traded at Rs 150 in the stock exchange.
