Civil bank to auction huge quantity of shares; includes 9.94 lakh ordinary and 32.44 lakh promoter shares

Civil bank has allotted 40% right share to its shareholders on 14th Falgun, 2074. Further, the company has announced to auction 42.38 lakh units of unclaimed right shares. This includes 9.94 lakh units ordinary and 32.44 lakh units promoter shares. 

The above stated quantity of shares will now be available for the general public. The auction will start on 23rd Falgun and end on 1st chatra 2074. Interested applicants can bid 100 or more unit of shares at a price Rs 100 or above. Applicants bidding the highest price will be allotted with shares. 

Laxmi Capital Market will be managing the issue. The interested bidders can collect and submit the forms from laxmi capital market, Baneshwor or stated branches of laxmi bank.       

Civil Bank was last traded at Rs 161 in the stock exchange.
