Deva Bikas Bank Auction : Bid opening today

As per the notice published by Deva Bikas Bank today, the bid opening program will be conducted today at 3 pm in NIBL Ace Capital premises. 

The company had auctioned 14,79,264.88 unit promoter shares and 5,40,794.71 unit ordinary shares from 1st Ashad, 2075 to 8th Ashad, 2075. Bidders could bid minimum 100 units for ordinary shares whereas 1000 units could be applied for promoter share at a price Rs 100 or above. Only existing promoters can apply for promoter shares. 

NIBL ACE Capital was managing the auction. 

Deva Bikas Bank had floated 40% right shares from 26th Chaitra, 2074 to 31st Baisakh, 2075. The unclaimed right shares at that time were the one auctioned.

Deva Bikas Bank was last traded for Rs 132 in the stock exchange.
