Deva Bikas Bank to sell 20.20 lakh unsold right shares; Auction to commence from 1st Ashad
Deva Bikas Bank has publsihed a notice regarding auction of unsold right shares.
As per the notice, the company will sell 14,79,264.88 unit promoter shares and 5,40,794.71 unit ordinary shares from 1st Ashad, 2075 to 8th Ashad, 2075. Bidders can bid minimum 100 units for ordinary shares whereas 1000 units needs to be applied for promoter shares. Minimum bid price needs to be Rs 100. Only existing promoters can apply for promoter shares.
NIBL ACE Capital will be managing the auction.
Bidders can submit their bid at NIBL ACE Capital or any of its branches. The application can also be submitted in the head office of Deva Bikas Bank or Branches of Nepal Investment Bank in Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat and Dhangadi. Payment procedure as prescribed in the form needs to be followed.
Deva Bikas Bank had floated 40% right shares from 26th Chaitra, 2074 to 31st Baisakh, 2075. The unclaimed right shares at that time will now being auctioned.
DBBL was last traded for Rs 140 in the stock exchange.
