First Microfinance allots auction shares ; Refund from 7th Ashad

The 26,884 unit auction shares has been allloted to the bidders. As per the company, the cutoff stood at Rs 495. A total of 120 applicants had participated in the auction.

First microfinance had auctioned the unsold right shares at a price Rs 100 and above. The auction commenced from 6th june and ended 13th June. Global IME Capital had been managing the auction. 

As per the auction manager company, the refund will commence from 7th Ashd, 2075 and the amount will be transferred directly to the respective bank accounts.
