Gandaki Bikas Bank allots the auctioned shares ; refund from 23rd Chaitra

Gandaki Bikas Bank has allotted 1,30,716.90 units promoter shares and 2,22,145.60 units ordinary shares on 21st Chaitra, 2074. 

The company had auctioned shares of above stated number from 1st Chaitra to 8th Chaitra, 2074. The bid was opened on 14th Chaitra as per the prevailing law and the allotment was done by the BoD of the company yesterday. The non-allotees will be refunded from 23rd of Chaitra. The amount will directly be transferred to the respective accounts of applicants, as stated in the form. However, the alloted shares will transferred to the shareholders' demat account after being listed in the stock exchange.
