Gigantic auction of Civil Bank commencing from today; includes 9.94 lakh ordinary and 32.44 lakh promoter shares

The massive auction of Civil Bank is starting from today (23rd Falgun) and will end on 1st chatra 2074. Any general public can bid for ordinary shares. However, Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for promoter shares. 

The company had announced to auction 42.38 lakh units of unclaimed right shares. This includes 9.94 lakh units ordinary and 32.44 lakh units promoter shares. 

Laxmi Capital Market will be managing the issue. The interested bidders can collect and submit the forms from laxmi capital market, Baneshwor or stated branches of laxmi bank. 

Interested applicants can bid 100 or more unit of shares at a price Rs 100 or above. Applicants bidding the highest price will be allotted with shares. 

Civil Bank was last traded at Rs 155 in the stock exchange.
