Green Development Bank allots 1:4 right shares ; 16.3% shares unsubscribed

Green Development bank has allotted 1:4 right shares to the shareholders on 22nd Chaitra, 2074. 

As per the notice,  33,47,703 units are allotted to the valid applicants. The remaining 16.3% shares will be auctioned soon among general public. Laxmi Capital was the issue manager for the issue. 

Green Development Bank had issued 400% right shares to the eligible shareholders. Shareholders having shares on the book close date (17th Poush, 2074) were eligible for the right issue. Green development bank had issued right shares from 2nd Magh to 23rd Falgun. 

The development bank currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 10 crore. The bank will meet its paid-up requirement upon the Capitalization of the right shares. The bank had a negative reserve of Rs 91.70 lakh as of 1st quarter 2074/75 report. The Earning per share stood at negative Rs 2.14 at that time.
