Gurans Laghubitta IPO allotment concludes ; Stay connected with, NepseKhabar to know your result

The IPO allotment of Gurans Laghubitta has successfully been concluded today at NIBL Ace Capital.

As per the sources, 3,01,396 applicants had applied for the shares out of which only 23,363 applicants will be allotted with 10 units each.

The allotees will be decided through lottery.

The IPO result can be accessed in "IPO Result" section of Nepsekhabar later today.

Gurans Laghubitta had floated 2,50,000 units at a face value of Rs 100 from Baishak 16 to Baishak 20,2075. The Paid-up capital will reach Rs 7.75 crore after the issuance of IPO. 32% will be public holding and 68 % will be promoters holding.
