Guras Laghubitta to convene AGM on Kartik 17th ; Agenda includes IPO issuance worth Rs 2.50 crores

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is all set to convene its 3^rd AGM on Kartik 17, 2075. The meeting is scheduled to be conducted in the premises of New Anjuli Hotel, Dhankuta at 11 AM.

The agenda of the meeting includes  issuance of 25% right shares from the current paid-up capital of Rs 4.20 crore. However, the main agenda is to issue of 2.50 lakh unit shares as Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The microfinance company has planned to increase its current issued capital to 7.75 crores from existing Rs 6 crore.

After the issuance of the IPO, the promoter shareholding will dip to 67.74% from the existing 70%.
