HGI allots auction shares ; Refund from 4th December

Himalayan General Insurance has allotted 71,530 units of ordinary shares to the higest bidders on 28th December. The company had decided to refund the money to the non-allottees from 1st december. But the day being a public holiday, company will refund the amount directly in the bidder's bank account from 4th december. In case any bidder doesn't receive the refund in the bank account, one can collect an A/C Payee Cheque from NMB Capital. The detail information will be published in the merchant bank's website upon receiving the "rejection list" from the banks.
