IPO of Tehrathum Power Company to open from tomorrow

Tehrathum Power Company Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IPO) to the public. The company is going to issue IPO to the public from September 25.

The company is going to issue 800,000 IPOs at a face value of Rs 80 million with a face value of Rs 80 million.
Out of the 800,000 lots to be issued, 16,000 lots have been set aside for company employees and 40,000 lots for mutual funds, while the public will be able to apply for 744,000 lots.

Applications for the IPO can be submitted till September 30. The issue and sale manager of the company is NIBL S Capital Limited. As the number of applicants will be large, it will be enough to apply for a minimum of 10 lots.
