Kabeli Bikas Bank to auction 45,351 units Promoter Shares; Auction to commence from 27th Chaitra

Kabeli Bikas Bank has announced to auction 45,351 units promoter shares to the existing Promoters. The auction will commence from 27th Chaitra and last till 4th Baisakh, 2075. 

The Company issued right shares from 18th Bhadra to 15th Kartik, 2074 at a ratio 2:1. The promoter shares in the stated amount remained unsold, which are now to be auctioned. The company has already auctioned the unclaimed ordinary shares. 

Global IME Capital is the issue manager for the auction. 

The application forms can be submitted in Global IME Capital, Nachghar or designated branches of Global IME Bank outside the valley. Inerested bidders can bid for 100 units or above at a price of Rs 100 or above.
