Karnali Development Bank auction from Ashad 17th ; to sell 7.08 lakh units

Karnali Development Bank has published a notice regarding the auction of unsold right shares. 

The company will auction 5,23,570 units promoter shares and 1,84,588 units ordinary shares. The auction is scheduled to commence on 17th Ashad and end on 24th Ashad, 2075. 

Bidders should bid for atleast 100 units at a price Rs 100 or above. The payment procedure as prescibed in the forms must be followed. The application forms are available in Prabhu Capital, Kamaladi or designated brances of Karnali Development Bank and Prabhu Bank in the major cities. 

Karnali development bank had floated a right share of 225%. The unsubscribed shares were than auctioned. The aunsold auction shares are now to be re-auctioned.
