Karnali Development Bank auctioning 17.62 lakh shares to general Public; Auction commencing from today

Karnali Development Bank's unsold right share auction is commencing from today. It is scheduled to end on 7th Jestha, 2075. This includes 14,61,270 units promoter shares and 3,00,918 unit ordinary shares. 

Karnali development bank had floated a right share of 225%. Prabhu Capital was managing the issue. 

The interested applicants can get the forms from Prabhu Capital, Kamaladi. Or, Karnali Development Bank Branch : Nepalgunj, Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Lamahi, Kohalpur and Bardiya. Or, Prabhu Bank Branch : Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Narayanghat, Surkhet and Dhangadi 

An applicant can bid minimum 100 units for either promoter or public but should be divisible by 10. The bid price must be more then Rs 100. Payment procedure as stated in the forms must be followed.
