Karnali Development Bank to auction 17.62 lakh unsold right shares ; to commence from 31st Baisakh

Karnali development bank has published a notice regarding the auction of unclaimed right shares. The said auction will commence on 31st Baisakh, 2075 and end on 7th Jestha, 2075. This includes 14,61,270 units promoter shares and 3,00,918 unit ordinary shares. 

Karnali development bank had floated a right share of 225%. Prabhu Capital was managing the issue. 

The interested applicants can get the forms from Prabhu Capital, Kamaladi. Or, 

Karnali Development Bank Branch : Nepalgunj, Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Lamahi, Kohalpur and Bardiya. 

Prabhu Bank Branch : Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Narayanghat, Surkhet and Dhangadi 

An applicant can bid minimum 100 units for either promoter or public but should be divisible by 10. The bid price must be more then Rs 100. Payment procedure as stated in the forms must be followed.
