Last day to bid for 2.14 lakh units auction of Siddhartha Bank ; LTP Rs 328

Today is the last day to place your bid for 2.14 lakh unit auction of Siddhartha Bank.

The auction commenced on 3rd Jestha and is ending today. This includes 40,020.64 unit promoter shares and 1,74,315.55 unit ordinary shares.

Siddharth Capital is managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. However, only promoter can bid for promoter shares. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms can be submitted in Siddhartha Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu. Or Siddhartha Bank branches in Biratnagar, Surkhet, Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Butwal and Dhangadi.

The company had recently floated a right share of 10% and also announced a bonus share of 14%. The capital, after both right and bonus, will meet the paid up capital requirement for commercial banks.
