Last day to bid for Best finance Promoter share in auction !!!

Today is the last day to bid for 75,340 unit promoter shares of best finance company.

The auction commenced from Baisakh 31st and ending today.

Best finance Company had previously auctioned 1.06 lakh unit promoter shares, out of which 75,340 remained usold. The company will now sell the remaining shares. 

The then General Finance Company had floated 16.52 lakh unit right shares at a ratio 1:1.25 from 27th Bhadra, 2074 . 

Global IME Capital is managing the auction.

Interested bidders can get the forms from Global IME Capital, Nachghar or stated branches of Global IME bank namely: Birgunj, Biratnagar, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadi. Bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units at a price of 100 or above for shares. Payment procedure as prescribed in the form must be followed. 

The company Paid-up capital will rise to Rs 38.54 crores after the auction. The company is on a verge to acquire synergy finance which will again increase the company's capital. Best Finance earned a net profit of Rs 3.46 crores as of 3rd quarter of this fy.
