Last day to place bid in Prime Life Insurance Auction ; LTP Rs 681

Today is the last day to place your bid auction of Prime Life Insurance. The company has been auctioning 271,541 unit ordinary shares from May 16th.

Prime Life has appointed Laxmi capital as the issue manager. The applications can be submitted at Laxmi Capital, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu or Laxmi Bank branches in Biratnagar, Surkhet, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj and Dhangadi.  

One can bid for a minimum unit of 100 at a price Rs 100 or above. Prime life Insurance had floated 160% right from March 11th, 2018. The unclaimed shares at that time are now being auctioned

Prime Life Insurance being a Life Insurance company, needs to expand its capital to Rs 2 arba by the mid july, 2018. Currently the company has a paid up capital of 61.02 crores. The capitalization of right and 12.5% bonus will expand the capital to 1.78 arba .
