Lumbini Bikas Bank re-auctioning 3.64 lakh units Promoter shares from today !!!

Lumbini Bikas Bank is re-auctioning 3,64,836.44 units promoter shares from today. The auction is scheduled to end on 8th Ashad, 2075. 

Vibor Capital will be managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms should be submitted at Vibor capital, Trade tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu. General public are also eligible to apply in the auction. 

 The bidders have to deposit their entire bid amount in A/C no.03100120004102000002 in the name of Vibor capital at Lumbini Bikas Bank, tripureshwor or payment can be made through Good for Payment Cheque. 

Lumbini Bikas Bank had floated 10% right shares and the unclaimed ordinary right shares were sold through auction previously. However, promoter shares in the above stated quantity remained and those will now be auctioned.
