Nirdhan Utthan Promoter Share Auction : Under-subscribed by 1.55 lakh units

The bid opening program for Nirdhan Utthan Bank has successfully been conducted today at NIBL ACE Capital premises.

As per the officials of issue manager company, a total of 8 applicants had participated in the auction who applied for 2.01 lakh units in total. A highest bid for Rs 625 was received. The company had auctioned 3,57,083.12 unit shares at a price above Rs 523. 

The promoter shares of Nirdhan Utthan Bank under the ownership of Grameen Trust Bangladesh were auctioned from 16th Baisakh to 20th Jestha, 2075.
