Rairang Hydropower IPO allotments result has been published.

The IPO shares of Rairang Hydropower has been allotted .76, 440 investors have been allotted with 10 units each. Out of 1,75,432 applications, 43.56% has received share and 194 applications were cancelled.

The IPO issue of this company commenced from 31st Baisakh and ended on 3rd Jestha, 2075. Rairang Hydropower had floated 8.4 lakh unit shares at a face value of Rs 100. 

Out of the total issue units, 33,600 had been set aside for employees whereas 42000 units for mutual funds. Thus, 7,64,400 units were available for general public. The issued amount was 15% of the total capital. 

Rairang Hydropower Development company had previously issued shares, amounting to 10% of the capital, to the locals of panchthar and taplejung district.
