Samudayik Laghubitta postpones its IPO.

The upcoming IPO of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Limited starting on Magh 9,2074 has been postponed.

SEBON has informed through notice on Magh 2, 2074 to Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Limited that due to special reason( the reason has not been mention) process to float IPO shares should be put off till the next notice from SEBON.   

Nepal SBI merchant was appointed as issue manager for the issue.
