Sebon approves Unnati Microfinance IPO; to issue 1.65 lakh units

Securities Board of Nepal has approved 1.65 lakh units IPO of unnati microfinance at a face value of Rs 100. The company has received the approval on today (2074/08/29)

Siddhartha Capital Ltd. has been appointed as the issue manager for the public issue.

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.85 crores. The capital will rise to Rs 5.5 crores after the public issue. The company has earned a net profit of Rs 45.10 lakh as of 1st quarter 2074/75. The company has a reserve of Rs 1.93 crores. The Company will have a promoter- public ratio will be 70:30 after the public issue.
