Shree Investment and Finance Auction : Bid Opening today !!!

The Bid opening program of Shree Investment and Finance Auction is being conducted today at Siddhartha Capital Ltd. The program started at 7:30 AM. 

Shree Investment and Finance had auctioned 2,77,996.53 unit Promoter and 66,377 units ordinary shares from 8th Chaitra, 2074. (22nd March, 2018). The auction ended on 16th Chaita,2074 (30th March).

Shree Investment and Finance had floated 28.67 lakh unit right shares at a ratio 100:83 from 15th Magh. The right issue closed on 20th Falgun, 2074, where approx. 3.44 lakh (12%) shares were unsubscribed. Those shares were auctioned among general public. However, only existing promoters were eligible to bid for promoter shares.
