Sparsha Laghubitta IPO allotment concludes ; Stay connected with, NepseKhabar to know your result

The IPO allotment of Sparsha Laghubitta has successfully been concluded today at Sanima Capital.
As per the sources, 2,98,938 applicants had applied for the shares out of which 25,200 applicants will be allotted with 10 units each. The allotees will be decided by lottery. 
The result had been published in "IPO Result" section of Nepsekhabar.
Sparsha Laghubitta had floated 2,69,630 units at a face value of Rs 100 from Falgun 26 to Falgun 29,2075.
The Paid-up capital will reach Rs 8.29 crore after the issuance of IPO. 32.5% will be public holding and 62.5 % will be promoters holding.
