Suryodaya Laghubitta Auction : tentative cutoff for ordinary shares stood at Rs 1552.60

The bid opening program for Suryodaya Laghubitta has successfully concluded today. 

As per the official of Global IME Capital, the preliminary cutoff for ordinary shares stood at Rs 1592.60. A total of 107 applicants had applied for ordinary shares where an application with bid price as high as Rs 1670 was also received.

Similary in terms of promoter shares, the cutoff stood at Rs 275. A total of 7 applicants had applied in which 2 applicants fully grabbed the shares, whereas one applicant will partially be alloted.  

The company had auctioned 19,682 unit ordinary shares and 8,400 unit promoter shares from 13th Jestha to 20th Jestha, 2075. Global IME Capital was managing the auction.

Suryodaya Laghubitta had floated 70% right shares from Falgun 24th to Chaitra 28th, 2074. The unclaimed right at that time were the one auctioned.  

Suryodaya Laghubitta was last traded for Rs 1600 in the stock exchange.
