suryodaya Laghubitta to auction its promoter and ordinary shares from today.

Suryodaya Laghubitta has published a notice regarding the sale of 28,082 units unclaimed shares through auction. The auction starts from Jestha 13, 2075 and closes on 20th Jestha, 2075. 

Global IME Capital will be managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms can be submitted to Global IME Capital, Jamal, Kathmandu. 

 The bidders has to deposit their entire bid amount in A/C No 001001014600004 in Kumari Bank Limited in the name of Global IME Capital. The company has suggested existing promoter to apply for 8,400 units promoters and remaining ordinary i.e 19,682 units for the general public.

The paid-up capital will reach Rs 6.8 crore from existing Rs 4 crore after the adjustment of 70% right shares. 

The last traded price was Rs 1,692.
